What if I told you that you can heal from loss?
Hello! If you’ve arrived to this page it tells me you’re ready for something more. Here’s the thing, grief coaching and life coaching, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE, but only if you are ready for it.
Here’s what I know from working with hundreds over the past year:
Grief is scary
Loss will feel as if you can’t recover
The idea of healing may even seem crazy
But it doesn’t have to be.
I did it and so have my other clients that said YES to their lives. I don’t know that got you here, but I know it wasn’t fun or easy.
And yet, you don’t have do this alone. After all, how would you know how to process your loss and heal? I don’t know about you but I didn’t learn any good basic life skills in school, much less how deal with loss and grief.
What I can tell you is that when you say YES to healing your life, your life will change.
When you say YES to Reclaiming your Life, Your life becomes MAGICAL.
How do I know? Because I’m living proof along with my clients (you can see what they have to say below)
If you’re ready to let go of the overwhelming pain, reach out. I’d love to chat. If sending an email that should take 5 mins feels scary, then I know I can’t help you.
Are you ready?
What others have said:
“Diana is not only an incredible soul, she is an incredible coach! The way in which she brings her own vulnerability, tragedy, and loss to her work with others is evident in each coaching session. She is able to relate, to be patient, kind and gentle, and encouraging. She’s shown me that grief and loss is something I can address from a place of self-love, removing self judgment or insecurities around such a powerful human experience. Diana’s work is heart-centered, which was so crucial for me when looking for someone to turn to regarding grief. I have felt safe, nurtured, and loved in the process. If you’re someone that has experienced loss I would highly recommend connecting with Diana- you won’t regret it!” – VICTORIA S., Columbus, OH

“I’ve been receiving coaching from Diana for about 4 months and I can say she is gifted. After loosing my mom last year, it’s been difficult to accept the fact that I no longer her here by my side. After a few sessions Diana helped me realize that it’s not about getting over losing someone, instead it’s about moving forward with them, with us all the time everywhere we go. How comforting and beautiful is that. Diana has a really warm and calming demeanor and I feel really safe talking to her. She brings compassion and at the same time laughter into our sessions. She is not afraid to nudge you if you need it and offers so many helpful pieces of wisdom through our talks. I always feel uplifted after our seasons. She is clearly very caring and puts her heart into every conversation. I like the suggestions she makes of the tools I could use in different scenarios to help me in my grieving process. I would definitely recommend Diana, she has made me feel and see things in a different light. I feel so much peace after every session. She has also helped me prioritize time for myself which has allowed me to take the next steps to move forward in achieving my goals and dreams. Diana is truly amazing. Thank you so much Diana!” – IRMA N., Northern California

“Diana has been the most powerful influence in my life this past year. I had met her in college, but never got to know her as the person I know today. See, for the past 10 years I have been living a life without any sense of direction. I believe it was at a breaking point in life that God put her into my life. Diana was genuinely sincere and compassionate about my concerns with vulnerability and ego. She helped me break down my thoughts and my emotions. For a while I thought it was about fixing myself, but after a while she provided a bigger gift; awareness. Again, I’m glad God put Diana into my life and hope to continue to have her in my life. With the gift God has given her, I know she will change the lives of anyone she meets. – EDDIE M. New Orleans, LA

Diana’s coaching has definitely made me more self aware of the emotions I was trying to suppress. She guided me in a truthful way to express/share those emotions during our sessions which lead me to finally open up about tragic events that shaped the person I was. I am forever grateful that I was willing to open up to her during our sessions, but this was only possible because I never felt judged by her with the stories/events I was sharing. She has definitely made me a better woman, wife, mother, and friend. – CYNTHIA D., Houston, TX
